When we opened Georgio’s on November 21, 1986, our goal was simple: to create an elegant downtown restaurant that offered a wonderful dining experience at lunch and dinner. Our focus has been the classic preparation of the very freshest seafood, superior steaks and chops, perhaps best expressed in our wonderful signature dishes–Beef Wellington, Rack of Lamb, Stuffed Lemon Sole with Alaska King Crab, Crab Cakes and South African Lobster Tail.
